Clean Room Air Handling Unit (AHU) is a specialized type of air handling unit designed specifically for use in clean room environments. Clean rooms are controlled environments typically found in industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, electronics manufacturing, and healthcare, where the level of airborne particles, contaminants, and microbial counts must be strictly controlled to protect product quality and integrity.
High-Efficiency Filtration : Clean room AHUs are equipped with high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) or ultra-low particulate air (ULPA) filters to remove airborne particles, dust, pollen, bacteria, and other contaminants from the air.
