A Double Skin Air Handling Unit (AHU) is a type of air handling unit that features two layers or skins of panels enclosing the internal components of the unit. The space between the inner and outer skins is typically filled with insulation material, creating a thermal barrier that helps improve energy efficiency and reduce heat transfer.
