Spray Painting Booth

A spray painting booth, also known as a paint booth or spray booth, is a specialized enclosure or room designed for applying paint or coatings to various objects, surfaces, or components in a controlled environment.

Ventilation System : Spray painting booths are equipped with ventilation systems to provide proper airflow within the booth. The ventilation system usually includes intake and exhaust fans, ductwork, and filters. It ensures the removal of overspray, fumes, and contaminants from the booth, maintaining air quality and reducing the risk of fire or explosion.

Filtration System : Filters are installed in the ventilation system to capture overspray particles and contaminants from the air. Common types of filters used in spray painting booths include fiberglass filters, polyester filters, and high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters. These filters help to trap paint particles while allowing clean air to pass through.

Safety Features : Spray painting booths may incorporate various safety features to protect workers and the environment. These features can include fire suppression systems, explosion-proof lighting, emergency stop buttons, and interlocks to prevent operation when doors are open.
